5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Teknifi reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late notices or no-shows.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • Teknifi takes all reasonable care when transporting and installing TVs.

  • Customers acknowledge that Teknifi is a startup, but our team has extensive experience with large and high-value TVs.

  • Liability is limited to the service fee paid by the customer.

  • Customers may choose to purchase optional insurance for high-value TVs to cover accidental damage.

  • Optional insurance fees must be purchased prior to service.

7. Extra Distance Policy

  • Deliveries beyond the 15 km base radius require purchase of Extra Distance add-ons:

    • +5 km → R170

8. General Terms

  • Teknifi reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or where adequate access is not available.
