Discount Enquiry – Terms & Conditions

1. Application of Discount Requests
Discount enquiries apply strictly to single item products only.

Discounts are not applicable to:

• Installation Bundles

• Bundled products of any kind

• Products sold with free gifts

• Promotional packages

• Clearance, special offer, or reduced items

Any request submitted for the above excluded categories will automatically be declined.

2. Discretionary Approval & Coupon Issuance
All discounts are granted solely at the discretion of Teknifi.
Submission of a discount enquiry does not create any entitlement, expectation, or obligation to approve such request.

If a discount is approved, Teknifi will issue a unique coupon code to the customer via email.

Teknifi reserves the right to decline any discount request without providing a reason.

3. Eligibility & Pricing Factors
Discount eligibility is determined based on, but not limited to:

• Product margins

• Supplier pricing

• Availability

• Current promotions

• Import costs

• Exchange rate fluctuations

• Shipping and logistics costs

Not all single item products qualify for discounts, including items with fixed, regulated, or limited-margin pricing.

4. Coupon Code Validity Period
Any issued coupon code is valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Expired coupon codes will not be reinstated or reissued.

5. Non-Combination Clause
Coupon codes may not be combined with:

• Promotional offers

• Bundled pricing

• Free gift offers

• Vouchers

• Other coupon codes

• Clearance pricing

• Any other special arrangement

Unless expressly confirmed in writing by Teknifi.

6. Single-Use & Non-Transferable
Issued coupon codes:

• Apply strictly to the specific product approved

• Are valid for one order only

• Are non-transferable

• May not be shared, resold, or redistributed

Coupon codes are issued to the requesting customer only and may be cancelled if misuse is detected.

7. Pricing Adjustments
All pricing remains subject to change due to:

• Supplier cost adjustments

• Exchange rate volatility

• Import duties

• Shipping and logistics fluctuations

Teknifi reserves the right to amend or withdraw any coupon code, discount, or quoted price prior to order confirmation if underlying costs change.
